Torotel has recently entered into an aggressive business improvement initiative called Demand Flow Technology. DFT is a business strategy helping us respond to our customers more quickly, reliably and efficiently.

The Demand Flow approach has helped streamline our business and manufacturing processes and increase production speeds from the industry standard 12 weeks to a minimum of four weeks. Once a product begins production, it continues until it is complete – manufacturing downtime has virtually been eliminated.

We believe in the importance of ensuring our processes are more resourceful, repeatable and prompt. In doing so, Torotel purchased the equipment necessary to follow more lean techniques and our staff was trained by JCIT International, the industry leader in DFT.
